Olive oil pan-fryed chicken

2 Eggs, mixed
2 Cups Flour
Salt
Pepper
Olive Oi
1. In a skillet pour in the olive oil and put on med.low.
2. Cut chicken into small pieces
3. Place chicken in flour then put in egg and back into the flour
4. Turn heat to med.high till bubbles start to form then lay the chicken into the oil.
5. Cook for 3 minutes on each side and flip.
6. Keep flipping till golden brown on each side and turn the heat down.
7. Place on paper napkined plate and let cool.
8. Enjoy!
